What Relgard collects, and why.

§1Waitlist data

The waitlist form collects an email address, an entity name, an entity type, and whether you are a PA CROP client. It is used for exactly two messages: the offer when the monitoring tier opens, or the notice if the shadow run fails and it does not. It is never sold, rented, or added to any other list.

§2Monitoring data

During the shadow run, Relgard reads PA CROP's existing client register (entity names, types, and plans) and public Department of State standing information. It writes nothing back to PA CROP's systems and sends nothing to clients. Monitoring records are kept as an audit ledger by the operator.
