A PA CROP add-on · Operated by PA Registered Office Services, LLC
Your entity, watched the way a register office watches its books.
Most Pennsylvania LLCs don't fall out of good standing in a scandal. They drift:
an annual report nobody calendared, a Department of State notice that went to a stale address,
a status change nobody saw. Relgard checks the three records that decide whether your entity
is in good standing — on a fixed schedule, with every check written into a ledger you can read.
Now proving itself — shadow run in progress
Relgard is currently running in shadow mode against PA CROP's live
client register: it checks, logs, and would-alert — but sends nothing — while it proves a full
alert cycle with zero missed deadlines. Until that proof is complete, the only way in is the
waitlist. We would rather show you the ledger than ask you to trust a promise.
§1The three registers Relgard keeps
Every monitored entity gets a line in each register. Each line is re-checked on schedule;
each check — pass, flag, or failure — is written to Relgard's audit log with a timestamp.
A check that fails to run is itself recorded as a failure, loudly. Nothing ages in silence.
Register I — StandingSource: PA Department of State
Is your entity still on the Commonwealth's books, in good standing?
Relgard checks your entity's Department of State record — the same record a bank, a lender,
or a contracting partner pulls before they work with you. If the Commonwealth shows your entity
as anything other than active and in good standing, that is a Register I flag: the kind of fact
you want to learn from your monitor, not from a declined loan application.
What a standing check reads
| Field | Why it matters |
| Entity status | Active vs. administratively dissolved or otherwise not in good standing. |
| DOS file number | The Commonwealth's identifier for your entity — the key every official search uses. |
| Registered office | The address the Commonwealth serves notices to. A stale one is how deadlines get missed. |
Register II — DeadlinesRule: 15 Pa. C.S. § 146
When is your annual report due — and how close is it?
Pennsylvania annual reports are due on a fixed calendar that depends on your entity type:
September 30 for LLCs, June 30 for corporations,
December 31 for partnerships and nonprofits (fee $7 for most filers).
Relgard computes the distance to your next deadline on every run and walks it down in
stages — 90 days, 60 days, 30 days, overdue — so a deadline is a countdown you have
already seen three times, never a surprise.
Pennsylvania annual-report calendar (per PA CROP's compliance rules)
| Entity type | Due | Stage flags |
| Domestic & foreign LLC | Sep 30 | 90d 60d 30d Overdue |
| Domestic & foreign corporation | Jun 30 | 90d 60d 30d Overdue |
| LP · LLP · Nonprofit | Dec 31 | 90d 60d 30d Overdue |
Miss the window and the Commonwealth's grace period runs about six months before
dissolution risk attaches — foreign entities face the harder edge: no reinstatement. The register
exists so you never test either fact personally.
Register III — Mail EventsSource: PA CROP registered-office mailroom
What arrived at your registered office?
For entities whose registered office is PA CROP's Erie office, official mail is already scanned
and classified as it arrives. Relgard's third register watches that stream for the senders that
matter — the Department of State, the Department of Revenue, a court, a process server — and treats
an unreviewed official item older than 24 hours as an exception, not a backlog.
§2The proof, published while it runs
Relgard's shadow run began October 28, 2026 against PA CROP's live client register.
The census below is read from the monitor's own run records — the same numbers the
shadow-run page explains in full.
—Entities on the register
—Shadow day
—Flags logged (sent: none)
—Missed deadlines
The pass mark is strict: one full alert cycle, sixty days, zero missed deadlines.
If the run misses one, the run restarts and this page says so.
§3Who keeps this register
Relgard is operated by PA Registered Office Services, LLC (PA DOS #0015295203),
924 W 23rd St, Erie, PA 16502 — the company behind PA CROP Services,
which already serves as registered office for Pennsylvania businesses on $99 and $149 annual plans.
Relgard is the monitoring layer on top of that register: same books, watched harder.
