Privacy Policy

Relgard sells vehicle accessories online in the United States. This policy says what information we collect when you visit this store or buy from us, what we do with it, and who else handles it. We keep this short because our operation is small: we collect what an order needs, and nothing else.
What we collect
- Order information. When you check out, we receive your name, email address, shipping address, phone number and company name if you enter them, and the items you ordered. We need these to fulfil and support your order.
- Payment information. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your card number goes directly to Stripe; we never see or store full card numbers. Stripe's handling of payment data is covered by Stripe's own privacy policy.
- Email-list information. If you enter your email address in a form on our pages (for example, to receive a discount), we store that email address and use it to send the messages described on that form.
- Basic technical information. Our store platform records standard technical data (such as pages visited and browser type) to operate and secure the store.
How we use it
- To process, ship, and support your order, including order and follow-up emails.
- If you joined our email list, to send the offers and updates the form described. Every marketing email carries an unsubscribe link, and clicking it removes you from marketing email.
- To prevent fraud and keep the store running.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it for other companies' marketing.
Who else handles it
We use service providers to run the store: Groove (store, checkout, and mailing-list platform), Stripe (payments), Emailit (email delivery for messages sent through our mailing system), and the delivery carrier that brings your order, which receives your name and shipping address. Each provider receives only the information its function requires.
How long we keep it
Order records are kept as long as needed for accounting, tax, and customer support. Email-list addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing relgard@neatcircle.com. We answer personally — a person in Erie, PA reads and replies. Some order records must be kept longer where tax or accounting rules require it; those records are kept only for that purpose.
Changes
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted on this page with a new date.
