Who you are buying from
Relgard is a brand of Neat Circle LLC, based in Erie, Pennsylvania. When you buy on this store, you are buying from Neat Circle LLC.
Products and prices
Prices are in US dollars and are the prices shown on the product and checkout pages at the time you order. US shipping is included in the listed price — there is no separate shipping charge. We work to describe every product accurately; if a page contains an obvious pricing or description error, we may cancel the affected order and refund it in full, and we will tell you.
Orders and payment
An order is complete when payment is captured. Payments are processed by Stripe. You will receive an order confirmation email from Relgard after your payment is captured. Orders are shipped from Erie, PA to addresses in the United States.
Your seller is Neat Circle LLC. While our payment routing is being updated, the charge for a Relgard order may appear on your card statement as "PA CROP SERVICES." That statement name is our payment account's current label, not a different seller; your order, guarantee, and refund rights are with Neat Circle LLC exactly as stated here.
Shipping
Orders are packed and shipped by us from Erie, PA. If we ever cannot ship an order within 30 days of payment, we will email you and offer you the choice of a full refund or a longer wait. If an item cannot be shipped, we will contact you by email and refund any amount paid for it if we cannot resolve it with you.
Returns and refunds
Our refund terms are stated in full in our Refund Policy, which is part of these terms: a 30-day money-back guarantee on your order — email us within 30 days of your order and we refund the card you paid with, subject to the waiting period described in the Refund Policy.
Product use
Our products are consumer vehicle accessories. A tire pressure gauge is a measuring aid: always follow your vehicle manufacturer's recommended pressures (shown on the driver-door placard), and have tire or vehicle problems inspected by a qualified professional. Product information on our pages (including fuel-economy and safety figures attributed to the U.S. Department of Energy, FMVSS 138, and AAA) is provided for general information.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Pennsylvania or federal law.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
