Relgard is not a second subscription to a second company. It is the monitoring tier of PA CROP — added to a PA CROP plan, billed on the same rails, watched by the same register.

RELGARD MONITORING TIER
Priced as a PA CROP add-on
The add-on rate is set with the PA CROP plan ladder and confirmed to waitlist members before the first charge exists. Nothing is charged today — Relgard is in its shadow-run proof period, and a service that has not finished proving itself does not take money.
- Waitlist members are offered the tier first, at the founding add-on rate, when the proof completes.
- No founding discount is promised beyond that rate lock — no fake scarcity, no countdown timers.
- If the shadow run fails its zero-missed-deadline mark, the tier does not open and the waitlist is told why.
§2What the monitoring is weighed against
The annual report itself costs $7 to file. What costs money is missing it: an administratively dissolved entity cannot hold itself out as in good standing, reinstatement takes filings and time, and a foreign entity that lapses in Pennsylvania faces no reinstatement at all. Relgard's price is weighed against one bad discovery — a lender, a landlord, or a customer pulling your DOS record and finding a status you did not know about — not against the $7 form.
The register does not file your report for you on the $99 plan. It makes certain you know — in writing, in stages, with a ledger — that the report exists, when it is due, and whether the Commonwealth still shows you in good standing.
