§1What Relgard is — and is not

Relgard is an entity-compliance monitoring service operated by PA Registered Office Services, LLC. It observes public state records and deadlines and reports what it finds. It is not a law firm, not a registered agent substitute on its own, and not a filing service: on its own it does not file your annual report (PA CROP's Filing plan does). Nothing on this site is legal advice.

§2Current state: waitlist only

Relgard subscriptions are not yet sold. The waitlist creates no contract, no charge, and no monitoring relationship for non-PA-CROP entities. The shadow run monitors PA CROP's existing register internally and creates no new obligations to the entities monitored.

§3When subscriptions open

Subscriptions will be offered as an add-on tier to PA CROP plans, under PA CROP's billing rails, with the add-on rate confirmed in writing before any charge. Monitoring depends on the accuracy and availability of Pennsylvania Department of State records; Relgard reports what those records show and logs every check.
